How do I create an account for my business?

Use Register business on this page, or choose a subscription tier above to pre-select a plan. You submit your company name, contact details, and a subdomain for your workspace. Central Command reviews applications and activates approved tenants — you’ll be able to sign in once your account is live.

What is Central Command?

Central Command is Niko-Green’s staff console for onboarding clients, managing subscriptions, and helping with security-sensitive tasks (such as password recovery). Your day-to-day sales and operations happen in your own POS or eHospital workspace, not in Central Command.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

In the sign-in panel, open Forgot password? and send your username or phone. The request is queued for Central Command. Staff verify your account and help you set a new password. Passwords are stored with one-way hashing and are not readable by support as plain text.

Can the POS work without the internet?

The app is built as a PWA with offline-oriented features so you can keep working when connectivity drops; sync and backups work best when you’re online. For critical periods, use a stable connection when possible.

How does billing and pricing work?

The homepage shows typical monthly TZS ranges per tier. Final pricing, invoicing, and contract details are agreed with Central Command after registration and approval, based on your plan and needs.

Do you support hospitals as well as retail?

Yes. Retail and service businesses use the main POS workspace. Hospital tenants can use eHospital for patient flow, clinical workflows, and facility billing — alongside the same multi-tenant Niko-Green platform.

Is my data separated from other companies?

Yes. The platform is multi-tenant: each organization’s data is tied to its own tenant. Users only see their tenant’s data. Authorized Niko-Green staff may assist with support under your agreement and security policies.
